Hard Cheeses

Farmejohns' Asiago is our largest selling cheese. Aged for 6 month, Asiago is still good grading cheese but  also crumbles as a salad topping or slices like a cheddar.

Our Extra Sharp Cheddar is a 3 year aged white cheddar. This Cheese is packaged just before it is too crumbly to handle. A small slice is all that is needed to flavor everything from burgers to salad.

Farmerjohns' Parmesan  is aged 12-14 months. Some parmesan is aged for over 2 years, but our custumers prefer a younger more versatile parmesan.

Farmerjohns' Provolone is a 6 month aged and smoked cheese. We naturally smoke the provolone with apple wood. This cheese is featured in many fine restaurants, who like a naturally smoked cheese flavor.

Farmer Johns’ Romano is our most flavorful and robust Italian cheese.
