Soft Cheeses

Farmerjohns' Blue Cheese is an  award winning blue. Aged for 3 month, this is our most flavorful cheese, perfect for salad or to make that blue burger.

This  cheese is made with a very melty 3 month cheddar, but is more flavorful with the added tomato and basil. Some of my customers don't like things in their cheese but, if you do these are good things to have in your cheese.

Colby is a truly Wisconsin Cheese, Young and flavorful it is the champion of the melting cheeses. For grilled cheeses or for a sliced cheese tray it is the cheese everyone enjoys.

Farmerjohns' Gorgonzola is an extra creamy  blue cheese. Made with 9% cream (blue has 3% cream)  our gorgonzola is a natural salad topping.

Pepperjack is a Monterey Jack Cheese with the added peppers. Some of these peppers are hot but there are also some garden peppers to make for a nice melting but crunchy cheese with a little kick.

Farmerjohns' Provonello is our speciality cheese. Half provolone and half mozzarella.  We recommend using this cheese like a mozzarella for pizzas or anywhere mozzarella is used, but you don't need to use as much because of the increased flavor.

Farmerjohns' Swiss Cheese is a 3 month aged Swiss Cheese. Not a flavorless baby swiss, it is the perfectly aged swiss cheese. Creamy white with dime sized holes, our swiss is good melting or slicing.
